I stumbled upon this newly created trail in the forest last fall. I left a love note of sorts on the trail in a Ziplock bag, saying I wanted to shoot a photo of the builder riding his creation. A couple weeks later I get a text from Kieron Hutchings, my local bike mechanic! He then gave me a firsthand tour of his trail, noting the inspiration for every turn, bump, and especially, this natural rock jump in the photo. Then, to top it all off, he slayed it on his hardtail!
